At Us Cleaning Solutions, our purpose is deeply personal. Our founder, Jenny DeBolt, has faced profound loss—experiences that have shaped her unwavering commitment to helping others live joyful, supported lives. This purpose shows up in everything we do, from the way we serve our clients to how we care for our team.

Sometimes, that means going above and beyond—offering services at little or no cost, taking on tasks outside our usual scope, or supporting employees in ways most companies never would. Jenny lives by the belief:
"If you do the right thing, you can’t go wrong."

Outside of business, Jenny is a confidential shoulder for many, a voice of light and hope, and a community volunteer for those grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. She leads with compassion—but she’s human, too. Just like you, she’s striving every day to become the best version of herself, guided by faith and a heart to serve.
