The Floor That Told the Real Story

A nationally recognized fine-dining concept with locations on multiple continents. They called Us because of their floors: polished travertine that had gone yellow under a previous provider. We deep cleaned it with the proper equipment and products, restoring it to its intended aesthetic, then educated on what had actually happened: a capillary sealer that had turned yellow like acrylic after layer upon layer had been applied over the years. That stone should never have had a capillary sealer; other services should have been done instead. The natural stone color returned. Four years and several manager changes later, we're still the ones who solve the surfaces other companies can't, including their marble and granite.
